    You’re going to learn how to sustain motivation, build natural confidence, activate calm and clear thinking on demand, know what and how to say it, and build self-sustaining systems so that change becomes a lasting reality.

  • Our approach places a critical emphasis on experiential learning, meaning you will acquire your own wisdom and proof of your capabilities by overcoming both physical and mental challenges.

    We are the film directors, but you will be the writer, producer, and action hero of your movie.

  • Hi, I’m Carlos Garcia, Army officer, Army resilience trainer, and attorney having trained leaders and soldiers on all things emotion regulation and resilience.

    It all began way back in college all the way through law school and early in my legal career when the fear of other people’s opinions (FOPO) took a hold of me and wouldn’t let go.

    Then, enough was enough. Through years of research, personal experimentation, endurance and combat sports, and teaching emotion regulation and resilience in the Army, I developed a proven system to go from playing it safe to seizing opportunities.

    I’ve learned that people are prepared enough and have the required skillset. What’s holding them back is FOPO—whether it’s speaking up, making that critical ask, having the difficult conversations, taking on more leadership roles, building key relationships, or public speaking,

  • The program contains pre-recorded modules that must be completed before each live coaching call. It takes 12 weeks.

  • No experience required, only a willingness to learn and put in effort, and want to make a change.

  • Physical challenges include rigorous physical training, such as jogging, cycling, swimming, rowing, calisthenics, weight training, CrossFit, and others. There is no one-size-fits all approach. Each student has unique capabilities and situations and we work closely in ensuring that students pick the right activities that make sense for them.

    Mental challenges include activities that mirror events that cause fear and anxiety. If it’s public speaking, we create challenges around that, with real people (not friends or family). We increase the discomfort level as students get more comfortable, while students learn to apply the protocols we teach them under pressure.

    The result? Comfortable in the uncomfortable, clear thinking under what was once clouded judgment.

    Other mental challenges can relate to having difficult conversations, speaking up, taking on more responsibility and being in the spotlight, handling tough questions, building key relationships, leading meetings, making sales pitches, and/or making critical asks.

  • Both myself (Carlos) and Stefanie deliver the live coaching sessions and accountability check-in calls. Who coaches which session is dependent on available scheduling and dates and times.

  • No refunds. This course is not for people who are on the fence or tire kickers or people who are just curious. It’s not for people who don’t have time or people with buyer’s remorse.

    It’s for people who are familiar with and have an intimate appreciation for our approach.

    Studies have shown that improving resilience and emotional regulation are highly effective for mitigating ADHD symptoms.

  • Students in our program engage in various physical and mental challenges that are designed to test their comfort level, become desensitized to their stressors, and build comfort in the uncomfortable.

    With that in mind, challenges and progress are quantified by comfort level. Students are making true progress when they are no longer uncomfortable with the challenges we give them.

    Challenge level goes from 1 (most comfortable) to 10 (most uncomfortable).
